Had a good stay but booked this property because of the balcony but this was closed and weren’t allowed out due to a health and safety incident. This was disappointing.
The room was also extremely hot when we entered but regulated after a few hours of opening windows and turning aircon on.
The water pressure in en-suite shower was weak and kept pulsing which was rather strange but managed to shower none the less.
An ok stay and would probably return in future.

AC not working, no access to balcony from penthouse unit, for ‘insurance reasons’ unless of course you stay for a week? Really unclear about it.
Neighbouring unit was rented by a bunch of young people that played loud music and screamed half the night from THEIR balcony.
Decent kitchen, everything you’d need to prep food for yourself.
Excellent location. So many dining options! Close to pedestrian shopping street, buses.

Large apartment with great kitchen and very comfortable bed. However a very hot apartment. There was no way to cool the room down in the afternoon except to open the windows to the hoons driving around in their" hotted up " cars. Had to shut the windows in order to sleep, then woke up to a very hot room. Turned the boiler temperature down, to no avail.
Staff apologetic and explained that the building itself was very old. A fan would have significantly helped!
Great position, just across the square from Queen Street Station.
Beware of the hot water! About every two minutes you got scalding hot water lasting for 5 seconds, so showering became a bit of a dance! Could be a risk of a burn if young children are showering.

Our family booked two rooms for our visit to Glasgow. One of the rooms was a 2-bedroom penthouse suite, and we loved the amount of space, full kitchen, and peace and quiet during our stay. We were mainly focused on exploring the surrounding area, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the rooms - mostly in the evenings. It was nice having access to George Square for the hop on, hop off busses and to walk to restaurants. Unfortunately we were not permitted access to the balcony due to safety concerns, although it looked like an excellent place to relax. I hope Premier Suites will open this area back up to future guests. Additionally, we had some issues getting the dryer to function. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

The location was excellent. The roo.s were very clean, but we had second bathroom with a toilet that was not fixed during our 3 day stay.

I would not recommend this property for a summer visit, no AC. Otherwise, a great location and well appointed unit

Great having a full apartment. Lift was broken during our stay which made it tough

Thank you for taking the time to review Premier Suites George Square unfortunately the cause of the lift breaking was out of control and was due to a underground burst pipe which caused our basement to flood the lift has now back in fully working order. The hot water was due to a trip in the sensor which was fixed immediately by our maintenance team. We hope to see you again in the near future and would like to thank you for your feedback.

We stayed in the Premier suites penthouse. Was disappointed before I even arrived- when looking at where to stay I was drawn to the picture of the balcony with the view. Only to find out in an email AFTER booking that they haven’t been insured for anyone to use it since 2021. But my biggest issue was the heat. There were no radiators on but the appartment was like a sauna. Aircon in living room wouldn’t work. 2 fans were in the room but with such a short cord they were ineffective in the living room.
If they sort the heat the suites are fantastic- well equipped kitchen, brilliant location and clean. We also arrived early to drop our bags of but were able to check in early.
