The restaurant area is nice but the rooms are dated and need refurbished.

Having to wait an hour with three children after the check in time was unacceptable, Staff generally unhelpful and members of the gym going out there way to be rude at the spa area. A very disappointing stay and not value for money.

Not so good: Hot breakfast selection was very limited and although the staff tried to keep on top of it, even when bringing out fresh sausages and bacon, they still were not hot or even warm. The plates were cold. Very cold. 2 mornings at breakfast the coffee/hot water machine caused problems at least twice within 15 minutes. This is an area that needs vast improvement.
Good Points
Staff/Service: The staff couldn't be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and always polite. Really can't fault the front of house staff, who were let down either by systems/equipment or behind the scenes staff. Not sure which.
