VALUE FOR MONEY

Whilst motel complex is aged it is in very good condition and it is evident that owners are renovating rooms to ensure that customers feel more comfortable. Hotel directed directly opposite has excellent evening meals including very reasonably priced nightly dishes.

Thank you for taking the time to review - I am sorry to hear your air conditioner did not work, during the current summer weather it does not make for a pleasant night sleep.
If you would like to get into contact with us personally and let us know what room you stayed in, we can look into this further. Unfortunately, without issues being reported to us we cannot do anything about correcting them. And sometimes with air conditioners it can be an easy fix. Even if it is not, we would be more then happy to find an alternative way of making sure you are comfortable during your stay.
Again I am sorry to hear about the air conditioner during your stay, but please do get in contact with us if you can.

Good clean motel.

Pros: Very clean. Convenient location in centre of Gladstone with local restaurants close by.

Arrived early evening after very long drive. Checked in and directed to the family room. Very clean and presentable.
Fridge was stocked with 3 bottles of water, milk and glasses. Cupboard with kettle, tea, coffee sugar, biscuits etc.
Continental breakfast included which we had to order. This was delivered shortly afterwards, along with a toaster ready for the morning. Plenty of choice..we had fruit juice, cereals, toast, butter and jam.
Clean comfortable beds, air con and good shower. Can't fault for the price.
We stopped on our way north to Arlie Beach and liked the motel so much, we changed our plans and stopped again on our way back a few days later.
