Very poor facility not customer focussed

Came back to hotel after dinner, had to have id to enter via bar area despite being resident. Had to get up to room to get id. No breakfast. It is just a gambling and bar facility, nothing for hotel residents.

It was a nice place to stay just for one night before leaving for Heron Island in the morning.

Had to shift rooms as air con didn’t work

Staff in all areas were amazing. All went out of their way for any request.
