"The property itself felt a little less hip and young than places we typically stay, but it was such a comfortable stay. The bed & soaking tub was a dream, the location and staff top notch. We really enjoyed our stay. "
"This property exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay , staff was very helpful and loved how quiet the location was 10/10!! "
"Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo... especially with a family. Very clean. Nice view! Great kitchen, TVs, sitting area, washer / dryer. The only challenge was checking in at a separate location however that was a small price to pay for such a great overall experience!

"Breakfast was amazing and the tranquility is breath taking. Will definitely book again. Great value for money. Only thing is rooms need updating but still absolutely old world feel which is good. Very clean!"
"Hotel was comfortable and clean in a great location. The only thing is that the bathroom is very small, with barely any space to move around and space for storing your toileteries. Also staff could be a bit more accommodating considering we arrived at 2.20pm with a small baby and they made us wait until 3pm for check in in the reception area. "
"Loved the onsen. Hardly ever anyone there when I went. The breakfast was good but same menu for do many nights I stayed, however nothing opens early so do the hotel breakfast. Pancake restaurant very close opens at 11am good. Skip the okonamiaki and taki ball place on the corner... All undercooked. The bars in alley right next to hotel entrance had good skewers. Go to the one up the stairs on the right for best food and nice bartenders. The hotel had very kind and helpful staff. Rooms were exceptionally clean as was onsen. 2 washers not enough so I did laundry very early in the morning. Enjoyed the stay very much. "
"Great location near the Gion and lovely property. Only slight issue was the lack of storage space in our room. Massive bed and amazing shower. Very walkable location. "
