The room was quite large, which was lovely. Hotel staff were helpful. Did not like that they collect payment at the facility after having to put card information just to hold the room. It's mildly confusing. However, they didn't charge me twice it was just an annoyance because we were checking in late at night.

Window AC that wouldn’t stay on, making the room hot. I am a very hot natured person though

Shower stall had soap scum and slow draining...feet standing in water... Door facing had been forced or dry rotted so door lock wasn't easy to close.

Requested a quiet room and got room 101, closest to the highway. Noise kept me awake.
Room needed maintenance....2 lights not working, refrigerator not plugged in, funky smell upon entry, no conditioner, or shampoo in shower.
