We had such an amazing stay at NH Belfort Ghent! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic. We brought our 2 month old baby and they gave us a bigger room, an executive suite . This made traveling with a baby so much nicer to be able to come back to such a big room and stretch out and decompress. The room itself was so nice and the bed so comfortable. We were greeted with free drinks at check in and they always had refreshments at the end of the day which was nice. We would definitely stay here again if we visit this beautiful city again! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Construction site. Jackhammer noise from 9 am to 6pm. Heating and Ac did not work, my room was like an oven 24C and impossible to cool ..

Hotel under renovation and intermittent drilling was a nuisance

Surprise fees at check-in even though everything had been paid in advance. What am I supposed to do - refuse to pay their surprise fees when arriving and find another hotel? Include the real price in the listing.

Great location

Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very spacious with Tea & Coffee in the room. Bed was very comfortable. We had one or two small issues during our stay but reception were very helpful and resolved them efficiently. The staff are all very nice and professional. Would certainly stay again.
