Perfect location for exploring the city. Easy transportation from train station to hotel by tram. Able to get early check in, good breakfast.

The cathedral and main square are just across the road. Very handy for walking around Gent. Excellent staff. Very good breakfast.

Parking available but a bit tricky to locate, it’d be helpful if that information was available prior to arrival. Nice hotel and room, great view and location.

Booking Nightmare

I made a reservation for two beds, which was confirmed prior to my arrival. However upon arrival I was told there were no rooms with two beds available as the front desk clerks “associate” had changed it to one double bed. As this is not what I had reserved, or confirmed, I asked for a refund and I would go elsewhere. I was told the room was nonrefundable and nothing could be done in terms of a refund or changing rooms to one that had two beds as requested. There was no explanation of why this reservation was changed by their staff. Very disappointed
