Very warm and helpful welcome. Hotel very convenient for St Pieter's station. Generous continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon too. My room a little on the small side (for two); but fine for a short stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Watch out for the underground parking, the ramp is quite steep and tight turn at the bottom.

Lovely hotel, clean comfortable bed and excellent bathroom with both bath and separate shower. Water, coffee and tea available. Only criticism, the air conditioning was not working - we were told just on the 6th floor. It 25 degrees whilst we were staying. We were offered and accepted an electric fan, and advised to keep the windows open. Not ideal as the street was noisy late at night and early morning.

Very clean and new inside as recently upgraded. Unfortunately AC was not available yet but is being switched on next week. Windows could only be fully open or fully closed.

New renovated hotel. Very Clean. Short walk from train station.Staff very helpful, you can leave luggage at reception. Highly recommend this hotel.

I only scored low because the property is undergoing renovation but I knew that when I booked. Otherwise a good place to stop overnight In.

It should be listed that the hotel is two blocks from the train station and the tram is directly in front of the hotel. This makes the hotel very convenient for tourist.
