Neo the receptionist was awsome and made us feel welcome. Room was clean, bathroom was big and location was perfect!

Great location, wonderful staff. Walls were very thin and our room had a sewage type smell to it. Room looked great, but did not smell great. Glad we were only there for 1 night.

Unfortunately, the location was the only good thing about this hotel. We arrived and were surprised to find out there was no heat and no hot water. They should have communicated this as it had been out for days and we would have never opted to stay there in winter when the temps were in the high 20’s degrees! There are plenty of decent hotels to stay at…….dont waste your time!

Great for the price
Posted 14 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was very well kept and updated for the price. A few of the front desk staff were very kind and helpful and a few just didn’t want to be there. For the price, this was amazing though. It’s an excellent location, close to everything. My only issues were that there was no outlet in the room so I couldn’t charge any of my devices (there was only a USB charge but I don’t have any decided without a USBC so I had no way to charge my devices. The shower also only had cold water.
Besides that, the bed was very comfortable and the price was unbeatable for such a great location.

The location of the hotel was great. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The city was very walkable with great restaurants around. If ever back in Ghent, we'd definitely stay here again.
