I liked the roomy and clean bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the fact that we were given some food bags to bag some breakfast food as we had to leave early on our last morning with you.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and I really like that the luggage storage was in a secured room. The room itself was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. They had AC so it would be good on a hot summer day but the weather was so nice we just had the windows open the entire time and the noise from the street and church bells wasn’t that bad. They didn’t have a fridge or kettle in the room but you can ask for hot water at the restaurant downstairs. The only thing we didn’t like is when we walked into our room, it looks like they just cleaned it and mopped the floor, so the floor was sopping wet and kinda smelled weird. We had to use the bathroom rug to dry it and the open window helped with the wet smell. Other than that, it was awesome and Ghent is beautiful!

Perfect location for exploring the city. Easy transportation from train station to hotel by tram. Able to get early check in, good breakfast.

The cathedral and main square are just across the road. Very handy for walking around Gent. Excellent staff. Very good breakfast.

Parking available but a bit tricky to locate, it’d be helpful if that information was available prior to arrival. Nice hotel and room, great view and location.
