I stepped on a sticky mouse trap with a dead mouse on it in the parking lot. Our room had terrible mattresses- both beds were just awful. We have stayed here several times and this was by far the worst. Not sure if they replaced the manager that used to be there - she was always on point.

Good afternoon,We made maintenance aware of the situation and it was not taken care of right away that is our apologies.The same management has been here since October, we are working hard to continue with good customer service. We are due for a renovation here in about a month or two and the beds will be replaced!Please do let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with!

Room was nice. They have refrigerators in the room. Only complaint was the TV did not work properly and they did not fix it during our 3 day stay.
