Nice and clean .Onsen choice is only 2 and the room a bit small

Typical Japanese onsen Hotel, we have front row view of the fireworks and it was amazing.

Fantastic Stay
Posted 19 Apr 2019 on HotelsHotel provides shuttle service to and from the train station. Breakfast and dinner are good and many varieties. Staffs are polite and helpful. Will stay again! Highly recommend stay!

Friendly staff
Posted 5 Aug 2018One of the hotel staff, Ben, is from Hong Kong who is very helpful and friendly. Hotel room is a bit small compared with similar onsen hotels we used to stay in other parts of Japan though. Food is good. Overall great experience.

Posted 13 May 2018Friendly and helpful staff. Provide shuttle bus service from/to train station. Arrange bus ticket booking to Nagoya city.

Posted 14 Apr 2018 on HotelsHad a great time with warm gesture from the staff. Highly recommended for tourists who can’t speak Japanese as the manager, Ben is able to communicate via English & mandarin.
