Bathroom needed a bit of an update, very wet walls etc after showering. But good overall.

The staff were lovely the place was clean and safe, though quite dated and very basic. Has sky but only sport, could not watch any movies. Okay if your not fussy

The first time we stayed here, we were in a different room. Had a very powerful shower which we loved. This time we were in a different room and to the right of the office. Shower was not as good. Single beds were too soft, as we prefer firm beds. Think it maybe an older section of the Motel.

Overnight stay
Posted 27 Feb 2024 on HotelsBooked this motel based on rating of 8/8 but was really disappointed. Unit was spacious enough but dated. No screens on windows and did not appreciate dead bugs on bed. If the blurb says complimentary toiletries then they should be provided.
First impressions are lasting impressions. Short walk to restaurants and shops.

We are sorry you feel this way about your stay at the Geraldine Motels. Due to the hot temperatures at the moment, we always leave the windows open during the day to get some air flow through the rooms, so the rooms are not muggy and hot at your arrival. It is unfortunate that a bug came in and decided to die on the bed.We also just recently added Bulk dispensers in the shower with Hair and Body Soap instead of individual packed products to be more environmental friendly. If there is ever a problem with your room again please come and see the staff at the Reception, so that this can get sorted out at your stay and your stay will hopefully become more enjoyable. Again we are sorry for your experience and hope if you ever come back to Geraldine you consider staying with us again and we can make it up to you.
