Did not get checked in promptly. Breakfast was great.
Went to the wrong property- have better signage to ensure I get to the correct hotel

The front service desk person was new. I appreciated her honesty and trying her best to help us with limited knowledge. She was a delight and made sure we were happy with everything. I applaud how well she did in checking me in and doing everything with a smile and kind disposition..

It was clean ans quiet and I loved that there's NO carpet!
