There is need for significant improvement on food safety standards, room services and preparation prior to check in, waiting staff response and presentation, front desk staff communication and response time. This property was presumed to be a family friendly location however there were evidence of inappropriate activity such as prostitution and drug use.
In general I love the location of the property and the proximity to outside amenities. There were a few staff that demonstrated friendly demeanor.

Bathroom and toilet need to be better cleaned. Musky smeel in the room. Needs airing out after each visitor leaves in the room. Needs.

Second time at the property. Bathroom and certain areas can use sole updates, but the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Love that it’s close to the Amazonia mall and not too far from the city. Besides the updates that needed would definitely stay there again. Oh and I love their breakfast.
