The staff was not good at all. Other than check-in, the staff was unwilling to help in any way when asking about services. Also, the Kingbed Suite was horrible! It had coffee with a coffee pot but without coffee maker. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave! A cockroach was seen in the room. Could not order breakfast for room service. Horrible experience!!!

This was the dirtiest hotel i have stayed at i have a picture of roaches. If they would clean the room it would increase the satisfaction rating. I do not care its dated but the dirty shower, stains on the walls, dirt on the floor and roaches is absolutely disgusting.

The bar is amazing 24-7. All staff were amazing. They were other things that happened that wasn't great but I'll just mention the positives.
