Area that the hotel is located was nice and convenient. However, service from the staff could have been better. When we got back to our room from being gone most of the day, it had not been serviced by housekeeping. So, I had to call the desk for assistance. The side entrance door access pad wasn’t working, which was an inconvenience for my Mom who has some physical challenges. Also, the universal remotes used for the TV do not work properly.

Easy check in and nice desk folks. Hotel is nice enough, just getting a little run down and somewhat dirty.

No frig and water pressure was low. Checking person not friendly. Never had this kind of service before.

No mini fridge, TV did not work, no blankets for pull out bed, room was not attended. Poor experience overall.
