The room design is nice and spacious except some facilities eg. bathroom light sometimes keep flashing and the tv reception not good when heavy rain comes the channels will go offline. After rain has stopped one of the chinese channel still continues to go offline.

Staff is super friendly. Tiles on bathroom could use some upgrade, but overall, the place is very clean.

The hotel was well run and clean, with staff only too willing to assist with any questions/support in relation to local restaurants, transport options, and attending to room cleaning/topping up amenities, etc.
I would have provided a five star rating if the bed wasn’t just so uncomfortable (too firm for a seven night stay).

The cleanliness of the room. Spaciousness of the room. Friendliness of staff. Eating place easily accessible. A well known hospital opposite.

location very closed by georgetown area, great food near by. On the rainy day you have to pay rent for the umbrella at the reception
