Excellent walking access to Old Penang: Little India, Esplanade, Clan Jettes, etc. Great value for travelers (as opposed to tourists). Friendly & helpful staff. Reliable AC & Wi-Fi. Laundry facility could be improved.

This is fantastic value for money - we had everything we needed for a very short stay. The room was spotless, modern and very comfortable - our room was small and there was no window but we knew that in advance and that is why it is so reasonably priced. The location is excellent.

Clean and comfortable. Had an inside room with no window. Was very quiet except for a few slamming doors. Shower was strong and hot. Nice side street not far of a walk to good food and attractions. Staff helpful.
