amazing apartment, really spacious & well decorated. near to many food places & several malls too!

Very good location to begin exploring

Three of us (2 adults, 1 toddler) stayed for 4N5D. Units are set up like an up/down (2 floors) townhouse suite. Walls are thin and we can hear conversations coming from the shop next door during business hours, but we got used to it. Hotel staff can improve upon the general cleaning and maintenance of the rooms. Wi-Fi was slow. We like the generous unit layout as the suite can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped when we wanted to cook our meals or reheat food from the fridge. It was nice to have a washing machine available as our dirty laundry piled up after a few days of walking around in the heat. Lots to explore within a 2km radius for our small family, and dining options (restaurants, hawker areas) are easily accessible by walking. There is a stop for the (free) CAT bus located at the KOMTAR terminal, across the street. The bus brought us fairly close to the historical/tourist attractions in the heart of Georgetown. Anything further away (airport, Penang hill, GBC, etc.), I would recommend using Grab (a ride-hailing service). The traffic noise outside the unit may bother some people, but it's white noise after a while if there were no honking or emergency vehicles going by.

Not so perfect.

I stay at 237 unit. The unit is value for money given the number of bed and kitchen. The place is clean and comfortable. Just beside komtar and good location. Only 2 complaints. 1. The master room is super noisy during the day. At night is quiet. 2. 6am there will be mosque praying to wake you up.

I stayed for 4 day 3 nights, the room phone was spoiled from the 1st day till I left the hotel, it has not been fixed. It took 1 to 3 mins to reach from the hotel room to the hotel lobby (across another street). It will be great if the hotel could look into security issue, 1st issue, our room has an emergency exit door and when i was in the living room, I could heard someone trying to open the emergency exit door from outside. 2nd issue, our room is located at 2nd floor whereby we need to press digital password that is located at 1st floor and walk up the staircase to our room (2nd floor). There is another incident that my father reached the hotel first and pressing the digital lock password then I saw one guy peeping on my father when he is pressing the password. When my dad approached him and he just give some excuse and walked away. I have feedback to the hotel staff, they are very friendly and professional, they have offered to change the password for us.

Enjoyed it

The hotel was amazing and everything is nearby. The only lack is that the parking is quite far and the lobby is not downstairs. But overall, thank you for providing a very comfortable stay. Would love to come again!

The roof is leaking after heavy rain overnight, found plenty of water in the house next morning.

Generally the room is ok but customer support is really poor. Been months and not able to get my refund.
