hotel is located strategically within georgetown with areas of interests, be it food or architecture within walkable distance.
staffs were courteous and helpful.
however facilities within rooms are another matter.
1. it would seem batteries of in-room safes are not checked for charge as ours could not be opened after locking. wall towards window where air-conditioning was blowing has not been cleaned for a long while and dust can be clearly seen collecting there.
2. to those who do not utilise bathtub, it is suggested that you request for room with standing bath instead. seems some rooms are left with bath tub after renovation for whatever reason.

The stay was good, especially its proximity to the touristy attraction in Georgetown.

Nice rooms and great gym for a hotel that even has dry and steam saunas. Slightly farther from the main area, but a solid hotel.
