The location is very close to the Penang National Park entrance The price is very reasonable so no expecting much difference Patio door cannot be lock, Air Cond is a little weak Not able to connect to WiFi inn the room, had to go to the lobby to use FiWi

Nothing I like or positive This is the worst of my many years travelling experience I even doubt Expedia quality acceptance standard for listing such place Toiletries is none existence at all, hence do not ask me for photos as EVIDENCE, I cannot take photos of something that does not exist. The whole so called hotel only rely on 1 staff, I would say is entirely the property owner fault, the staff (NOTE IS ONLY 1 STAFF) had done their parts.

the hotel have to improve much, shower water flow are slow, carpet not vacume, no safety door, the room door just using the normal knob, the hotel should produce more iron so the guest dont have to iron the clothes outside the room, should build a lift, easier for guest who get 3rd floor room, no one at loby counter when guest want to early check out, the location was very good, the view is to beautiful, but it was a waste when this problem accured. hope this comment can improve the hotel

The room was so bad we found somewhere else to stay. The room was dirty, sheets stained, bed cover had holes. The wifi did not work nor did the fridge. AC did not cool room enough. We insisted on our money back, which we got, less the couple of hours we were there while we looked for alternate accommodation. I would not recommend.

The room smell as we walked in, decided to open all windows to air out but did not help. we decided to check another hotel in the area but not much choice. My sister decided to remove all the pillows and the bed cover outside and borrow pillows from a family nearby. in order to sleep there, we able to stay three nights glad to move to Batu Ferringgi for better hotel.
