Hotel room is very smelly and old furniture. Hot shower not working at night. Sea view is amazing. Couldn’t check in thru the counter as the room is managed by Expedia.

The property was in excellent location was a amazing hotel our room was amazing the balcony was fantastic. Service was great staff where very helpful and could not do enough to make our holiday amazing.

No proper location and details . Bestsheets not change . Disappointed . The name of the property is not as stated as advertised. The room smell . And no security and proper check in.

The service is excellent. But the room need maintanence. Especially the bath room.

訂這公司只會銷毀你的假期。這是一家分租天堂海灣酒店(rainbow paradise beach resort)的公司。全是騙人的房內什麽都沒有,亦沒有人做清潔,空調壞了無人維修,每晚開窗睡覺,不能用酒店的停車場及所有設備因為你不是酒店客戶。這事情我覺Expedia及rainbow paradise都有責任。一個付責任的公司應該查清楚參加的公司不要有錢賺便不考慮我們的生死。而這酒店亦不應該給這些公司存在。照我了解掛在他酒店的不止一家同樣的公司。這個中秋假非常難忘。請大家訂酒店小心。
