Holidays during Thaipusam

Open concept bathroom
Posted 20 Nov 2018 on HotelsNice peranakan style room. Simple for 1 night stay. Walking distance to eateries and shopping malls. Owner was kind enough to allow us to place our baggages at common area after checkout as our flight was in the late evening. It will be fun to get the entire house for family stay

Basic but convenient little hotel
Posted 18 Jan 2017 on HotelsWas rather disappointed by the basic room though it was very clean and equipped with a nice TV and DvD player. Kelvin the owner was extremely helpful and charming and I really loved the area. The street is charming and just round the corner from the bus stop to town (only 25p) as well as the hawkers market, the sea and the smart Gurney Drive with 2 large malls including cinemas. A very interesting part of town where few Westerners seem to venture. Good value if you want somewhere simple and interesting

Posted 8 Jun 2015 on HotelsI have rated this hotel in tripadvisor, but, I don't mind to spread the word that, this hotel has a fine, lovely, clean, comfort room. I think everybody agree that if we travel outside, we have to feel like we are living in our own home..This is how I felt during my 2 nights stay. Walking distance to local delicacies and also pulau tikus market.. Ms.Jennifer, our lovely host, being really helpful.. ask her anything, she will assist you delightfully..I'll come back for my next trip to Penang..

친절한 주인분, 기분좋은 숙박
Posted 30 Jun 2015 on Hotels주인분께서 매우 친절하셔서 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다.
공항과는 다소 거리가 있지만
거니드라이브와 가까워서 야시장도 다녀오기에 편했구요,
다만, 욕실이 밖과 분리되어 있지 않고 문발로만 막아놓아
밖에 비가오고 바람이 불면 그대로 들어옵니다.
이국적인 환경이라 새롭긴했지만, 보통의 호텔시설을 생각하는 분께는 적합하지 않은 것 같습니다.
호텔이 있는 거리가 참 이쁘고요, 이국적인 느낌의 숙소였습니다.
