Posted 18 Jan 2024 on HotelsFamily-friendly in every way, off the beaten path, quiet, secluded piece of AMAZING!! Had everything we needed, and right on the water, with a small "aquarium" that entertained my 10yr old for hours. I will stay here again, and again, and again!!

Loved our stay at Cottage Cut Villas! It had everything we needed, kitchen with supplies, the deck with amazing water access. Close to water taxi and grocery store, Hooper’s Bay. We definitely would stay here again! Highly recommend this property!!

Posted 17 Sep 2023 on HotelsGreat location only five minutes to Georgetown. I would highly recommend that you stay here. They have a boat dock so you can dock your boat if you're renting from one of the agencies that lets you keep it overnight.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable but honestly, not bad. The property is located on a beautiful calm beach. It has everything you'll need to spend a few days or longer.
The owners are incredibly nice just like everyone else on the island.
Book this place and don't look back!

stay in (almost) paradise
Posted 18 Nov 2022 on Hotelswe stayed at house #2 for 10 days,it couldn't have been better.the house is well maintained,well stocked with towels
the kitchen has all you need for preparing meals,the location is exceptional,right on a beach with chairs and a hamac on the water.it has a brand new flat screen TV.
The only complain would be that the internet is unreliable
works most of the time but not all the time.
you definitly need a car to stay there.

We love staying at Cottage Cut Villas. This was our second time in Exuma and both times we stayed here. Close to everything. The villa is large and very roomy great for families. There is a private beach that is quiet. The owner and property manager are so friendly and accommodating. Easy access and onsite parking and laundry.
