The caretaker /manager, Mr Lim, is a cheerful, friendly, and super helpful man. He is a credit to the owners, and i just hope they realise what a dedicated, and helpful man they have running their establishment. Without Mr Lim, the gurney would be nothing..!!

Everything is good, location is good, price is reasonable. Downside is there’s too many mosquitoes

nice hotel near hospital..

Pros: location, hospitlaity
Cons: they should make a bigger room..
nice and clean hotel, a little bit small but its ok.. near hospital, and easy access in town

THE STAFF WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE A SIMPLE REQUEST OF EXTRA PILLOW WAS MET WITH RESISTANCE SAW GUEST DRYING OUT THIER LAUNDRY AS PER DOMESTIC DWELLING. NO BILL WAS PROVIDED NO THANK YOU EVER MENTIONED

Is an inn, not called a hotel

Pros: no more choices at holidays
Cons: hotel accommodations
Location: the hotel is near Gurney plaza and Paragon
It is very disappointing hotel with a simple and poor accommodations. A room is too small without free toiletries and a refrigerator as stated on hotel advertising. A room is not yet clean up with opened window after check in and there are many mosquitoes. It takes 5 minutes to boot up the engine of an air-conditioning. It is a two-storeyed building with outside reception area. If you stay at ground floor, it is necessary to lock up the window and door carefully at night. It is because a receptionist sometimes not at the place. Also, the hotel forgot to do the daily housekeeping as required by us. (just change some tidy towels). Maybe the hotel amenities are too old. We are shocked and frightened by the power was cut off suddenly. Since the fuse had blown by the thunder and heavy raining. It is very bad experience and not recommend to friends. This hotel is not worth the price.

Room was a basic concrete box just larger than the bed. The doorway to the shower had to be left open until you turned around in the shower. Everything was just too small to swing a cat.

Stay for 3 days 2 nights because the location is just walking distance to Adventist hospital as one of my family member admitted. The location is good but next building of the hotel is under construction, so it was very noisy from 8am. During 12am, you still able listen what neighbour talking at the corridor. It's was so bad for me which not able to sleep well.
