Good but disappointed

Due to nation wide shutdown effective on 18 Mar 2020, the eateries offered only take-outs so my family after checking out ate the food in the hotel lobby but was told off by hotel staff. While i understand it is against the hotel policy, I thought the hotel staff could have been a bit more understanding given the circumstance.

The property were stylish modern and feel like home The live band nearby the area is noisy and there were no soundproof of the property

I like the hotel staff service and breakfast food . I think they can improve even better ... Keep it up ! Geo Hotel 👍

great base for a Genting stay

The rooms are beautifully done and it’s really comfortable. The breakfast was nice and variety was there with a live egg station. Check in was smooth and the staff were super polite. Parking was ample and easy to find. It was 10 mins from the outlet and 25 mins drive from the theme park. I would recommend staying here.

New and clean hotel. WIFI is reliable. Breakfast place next to the pool and open with cool airs very nice.
