Property was not set up and ready for guests (i.e. no power, no internet connections, no hot water n water leaks from the fridge).

Dear Nga Nguye,. It was just a power outage: reactivated this started everything, and was fully functional as in all our apartments.Prepariamo i nostri appartamenti con cura, per ospitare i nostri ospiti al meglio.

El apto no esta preparado para ser rentado. Estaba sucio. Estan haciendo renovaciones en el edificio, exactamente en el balcón del apartamento y empiezan a hacer ruido a las 7 am Ademas que nos dejaron sin energia electrica y agua
