Located in a quiet street, feels like home once you enter the property. All necessary amenities are available in the room. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

The receptionist Christy was fantastic....friendly, helpful with local information, effective and so business like.
Her boss should be informed about the wonderful work this person is doing for them....a real ambassador for Germany and especially Gengenbach.
