This hotel was rated as very good, which was unfair, I would rate it as excellent, outstanding customer service, location is incredible and close to everything, I would definitely we stay here again

This is a great hotel to stay at when you are traveling by train. Conveninet location, friendly staff, lovely quiet room.

The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and the room was well-equipped with coffee maker, fridge, microwave and so on. But the room faced the train tracks with nothing but double glazing and a low wall between us and the tracks about 25 meters away. It wasn’t that it was loud but it was perceptible through the night. It totally surprising given that we chose the hotel as close to the station but, in retrospect, there were better options just as close on side streets off the opposite side of the street. We liked the Geneva Travel Pass provided. We liked the hotel in general but the proximity to the tracks (as opposed to proximity to the station) was a drawback.

Great location 3 minutes walk to train station. Clean decent size rooms for Europe. Very quite. Price is reasonable for a big city

Everything is very good, but there is train station nearby, so you can hear the trains passing by at late night. It was still a really good experience.

Great location. Fantastic facilities. Highly recommended. Can walk most of the city from the hotel. Plus the Geneva transport pass for hotel stayers a good initiative of free phblic transport travel.
