We got to our room and our room smells so bad, we asked the front desk to change the sheets and it never happened. No wifi. And they come to our room when we’re not there without permission to turn off the A/C

Hello! we apologize for that matter. before you check in, the room was cleaned and sanitized and for the A/C we have already signage inside the room that if you leave please turn off the A/C. for the Wifi, we apologize already that the wifi is not available because of the typhoon. for the sheets after you complain we change immediately. don't say that we didn't change the sheets please be mindful of your comments and make sure you follow our rules and regulation. Thank you
