Television wasn't working. Asked to have them look at it and they never came. We booked the family room. Had to ask for more towels as they only gave us two. No trash cans in the room. Very unorganized and was over priced for the two days we stayed there.

Regarding the TV, I regret that we could not meet your expectations. We are currently addressing this issue to ensure it doesn't affect future guests. The island has been experiencing electricity fluctuations, which has unfortunately impacted some of our services, including the TV. While these fluctuations are beyond our control, we are exploring ways to mitigate their impact on our guests. I also apologize for the lack of towels. Staff was nice
No WIFI! Says there is online
Didnt clean the room everyday
No full size mirror in the room
Stains in the linen sheets
No place to hang wet clothes and towel in the bathroom
