Toilet needed a new lid/top or needed adjustment. Showerhead wouldn't stay up and needs repairs. Shower screen door needs adjusting. Would have been better if there were bowls and plates and knife and forks.

Very bad experience Very cheap staff They just want a money from bond I will be compliant regarding staff

You are one the worst customers we had in our motel in the last 10 years. What a princess you are, you shoot 20 emails to us with 100 photos. Then you just could not just press the button and turn the lights on. Wine spill on the bed, in the bathroom, colour stained everywhere. Rude attitude and verbal abusive to our staff. Sorry, you are not welcome back to stay in Bay City Motel ever again.

I transferred $200 as security straight to the lady in receptions account as was having technical problems doing it by card. Was told it would be transferred straight back into my account on departure. I saw her when leaving and she said she'd transfer it that morning. Haven't heard or received anything a day later. Payment can't be pending as I transferred to her already and we both use the same bank.
