Staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast. Dining menu uninspiring. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

A lovely family stay - Highly recommended

A lovely hotel. Great waterfront location and a short walk into the old town. Ideal for the Christmas market. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We arrived early and two of our three rooms were already, so we could check int them and leave all our luggage. Breakfast is amongst the best we have had at a hotel. Such a variety of foods and drinks. On our last day we had an early flight and we were provided with very nice packed breakfasts. My only minor criticisms were that the room was a little too warm for my liking, although with the cold temperatures outside I preferred that than it bring cold. Also, the shower water protruded over the very low floor seal and protruded in the bathroom. Both only minor points though and did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. Also the location was very good. However, this is where the positives have to end. The 4 stars (!) hotel has only partial and VERY weak, insufficient AC. Areas around elevators, stairways are not cooled at all. The room we received was so hot that we could hardly sleep the 1st night even with the fan working non stop. We received another room next day and, while much better, we still needed a fan to be able to function. So, overall it is o good hotel but not for summertime and feels overall like 3 stars one rather than 4 (quality of fitness room 2 stars).
