We had to change our train reservation, difficult for me since I do not speak Polish. The lady at the front dest not only helped get a new reservation and a taxi and a bagged lunch for the both of us. Kudos😍

Love the PURO in Gdansk. Second time here, rooms are great, staff super friendly. It's great location and the roof top bar is great too.

Beautiful hotel, highly recommend for a short break.
All staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Breakfast buffet was one of the most extensive and well presented we have had.
Lovely relaxing communal spaces to sit in with friends and enjoy the option of a bar or free coffee.
Walkable to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Puro was a fantastic hotel with incredible service. A friend recommended the hotel, and I was even more impressed than I thought I would be. It was great to be in a location near the action, but on a quiet street. They even let me check in early. The best part was the free walking tour when I got to the city -- a perfect touch.
