Przy dokonaniu rezerwacji został Pan poinformowany, że w wypadku zmiany planów lub anulowania rezerwacji koszty rezerwacji nie zostaną zwrócone. Zachęcamy do korzystania z ofert elastycznych, gdy dokonuje Pan rezerwacji, wówczas będzie mógł Pan bezpłatnie odwołać rezerwacje w wypadku zmiany planów. Pozdrawiamy, Hotel Zatoka

Very poor, avoid! Staff rude, rooms are too hot!

Very poor, unpleasant experience, I would never recommend or come back. Be aware everyone. Stayed 2 nights and both mornings got woken up at 6am by excessive noise from delivery vans offloading outside, as if there was no hotel and people sleeping above. Spoke to reception on day one, only to be told - sorry your room is a standard room and on the side of the hotel where rooms may be noisy. What sort of response is that? Embarrassing, very rude and inappropriate. I was told I had to pay for a premium room to get the quiet side and not to be woken up at 6am. Not at all interested in changing the room after the first night, knowingly the second morning may be noisy again - which it was. Apparently no manager was available at the time to speak to, reception not bothered to do anything. Says a lot. Also, the room was too hot to sleep or be in for long, no air conditioning available. And their response? You have to pay for premium room that has air conditioning. So basically, because you have a standard room you need to deal with a hot room and not being able to be comfortable or sleep at night due to how hot it is in the room. I'm sorry but you have a long long way to understand what caring means, what customer satisfaction and retention means and ensuring guests staying are happy and enjoy their stay.

Nice and brand new

Hotel was just couple of minutes from main transit highway so it was convinient for us to stay there by car. Next to it. Check in was fine and room was huge and all new. Cant complain maybe except that we would appreciate more vegetarian options in a restaurant for a dinner or breakfast.

My stay

In general a very nice stay. But the cleaning crew did i waited for, but only once they came out of 4 days. So the garbage can was full and had to use extra bags. The food was nice, 3 days i got what i ordered for dinner, one day a error happened so i got "wrong" food,. Order was said by me to be beef burger a lovly dish i realy liked, what i got and paid for was beef with smashed potatoes and caramelized beets, but it was a pleasent surprice, as the beef was very tender and enjoyable. If i had seen that dish the other days most likely i had made orders on it. biedronka supermarket is next door, but had no idea what it was till i asked a local friend as i overslept breakfast time at resturant and was very hungry. Helpfull staff at front desk, that made a call for a taxi for me to airport. Frankly it got bussy so i not got told the cab was for me so the driver was annoyed as it took a bit more time than he clearly was prepared for. All in all i give the stay 8,5 out of 10. The hotel was a fair bit out of old town centrum , but was possible to walk there with no big issues. Had liked to knew how rent of the electronic scooters worked as i got sore feets after walking, but i take the blame on me, as i forgot to ask the staff about it. If i revisit later, i for sure will ask about that.
