Amazing location just a 5 min walk into the old town. Beautiful hotel and exactly what we wanted! Great facilities and helpful staff. 10/10

The hotel itself was very good, exactly what we were looking for. Great location for sightseeing, plenty of food options close by. The only let down for us was check in. We arrived very late at night after a full day of travelling, to be told we didn’t have a reservation. I showed the woman at reception my confirmation to confirm we did have a reservation, she then found it and told us she didn’t check the right system. We were then told that because they weren’t aware of our reservation that we didn’t have a room ready for us, she did manage to find a room that was ready for us, but after a very long and stressful day this was definitely not what we needed. We were also informed that we didn’t have breakfast on our reservation, which we paid extra for at the time of booking, which was very disappointing.

Posted 3 Mar 2024 on HotelsI always stay at the apartments and have a fantastic time and I recommend these apartments to everyone unfortunately the hotel on this occasion was not good. Staff were rude and unhelpful, room was cold and not very comfortable
