The hotel is perfectly located and has a great vibe. The staff is excellent with Matthew providing excellent service. I loved the outdoor space and to be able to sit in the sun and drink a beer! The only issue was one of our rooms did. It have AC for the entire stay. There was some electrical issue. There was no engineer on site for the weekend and they were full, so no way to move us. This was not ideal, but the onsite staff tried to help.

Good location. Nice service. Room a bit noisy.
Posted 30 Dec 2023 on HotelsGood location. Nice service. But room was not much quiet. There was a lot of noise from street, especially busses (there are multiple bus stops nearby).
Moreover during our stay restaurant and pub were closed due to IT problems. We were significantly disappointed as we could not try the local beer :-(

Checked-in in the early hours of the morning due to delayed flights and the staff were very helpful and allowed us a later check out. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and room very comfortable. Just wish we could have arrived earlier to enjoy the hotel more.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Such a pleasure to stay somewhere with character, rather than a bland chain. The restaurant serves excellent food - I’ve had many pierogi in my time, but their venison pierogi with a mushroom sauce were on another level. And as you would expect from a venue with its own brewery, the beer is delicious.
The hotel is very well located, within a comfortable stroll to most tourist attractions and restaurants, and next to the railway station.
On top of all this, what made our stay extra special was the service. Mateusz on reception went out of his way to help us get the most out of our stay.
