Comfortable but not professional enough

The staff did all what they could to accommodate us. I think the management was not as flexible as them we wanted to get normal receipts for our payment and it took so long and very difficult to make. I even thought we stayed there illegally from how hard to was to get a receipt . Any way they did their best i just assume that their system is need to be reversed

Best hotel in Gaziantep at the moment, very clean and modern, breakfast could be improved but its acceptable.

Nice hotel for Gaziantep, well located, quite area compared with others. Breakfast could be improved but in general very recommendable place to stay.
