Very clean well maintained property. Lost my wallet and it was found and returned to me by the owner. Highly recommend the Waters Inn. Quiet clean and comfortable. Priced reasonable, restaurant across the street. Homey atmosphere. I will be back.

This cute hotel was perfect, homey and very very clean. We will be staying again. We were much happier than a stay in Grayling at larger chain hotel that was disgustingly dirty and more expensive. Bob is an excellent host. Thanks Bob!

Knobs on doors were consumer-grade and the fact that our door appeared to have been kicked in in the past made us feel less safe. My wife wedged a chair under the door knob. Toilet leaked from underneath - enough to put a towel down, and the floors squeaked loudly.
Owner was nice, there’s a charm to this place we both enjoyed. Directly across the street from the Keg Diner which was excellent.
