At the time of check-in we were asked to pay and since the card machine was not working we paid cash. We were charged for the room again on the card that the room was booked with. When questioned we were given different answers by different people. Waiting for a refund since we were charged twice.

The staff are really helpful my stay was very short as I had to leave at 3 am for my flight

Room clean and quiet, but a very long walk. No help with suitcases when leaving. Excellent chicken sandwich on room service.

I stay all the time, staff are lovely Food is good and rooms are great

Very convenient for the airport. The staff were helpful in giving me a ground floor room for a very elderly lady. Assistance in the morning were on time.

Good-sized room. Pleasant service. Walkable to South Terminal and shuttle to North Terminal.

Being able to walk from the airport terminal thru a covered walkway was conviwnient. No need for taxi or shuttles. Clean, nice rooms. Breakfast buffet was worth the price!
