I thought the parking accessibility was great and the walkability of it being so close to downtown. I think including a breakfast and updating the rooms would be a HUGE improvement. It was clean and spacious, but the bedding looked older and there was only one microwave in the lobby. The beds were not terrible, but I think upgrading the spring mattresses would be a big help.

Really out dated but it was a good price and worth giving up all the amenities of other hotels. Staff was super nice and helpful!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and room was very clean. Located in a convenient location to downtown Gatlinburg!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the 3rd shift. Room was more than we expected and very clean. I would definitely recommend it and would be my 1st choice when we go back. Absolutely loved it
