Little old school could update the rooms but they were clean & plenty of supplies for a person by themselves

We came to get checked in and found that our room was given to someone else. After an hour of waiting we did finally get a room, onto to be moved 2 days later because we could hear our next door neighbors conversation at 1:30 in the morning.
Next time I will request 3rd floor overlooking the creek with a kitchen.

Good place to stay in Gatlinburgh.
Close to everything a few minutes walk. Free parking.
Coffee kind of bad though.

The one nice thing about the property was the location. It was just a few minute walk to everything which was great. As for the staff, I felt that they were kind of rude for the most part. Made it seem like they didn’t want to help you by being short with me in responses and acting like I was stupid after asking any question. Lastly, the website is kind of misleading. The whole website shows the hotel across the street but instead we were but in the main lobby location hotel which is basically an outdated, dirty motel. This was extremely disappointing considering how the website made the place seem. As for being dirty, the property had carpet stains everywhere, what looked to be a urine stain in the shower, and dirt and grime all over the baseboards and floors. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but for the price and with many other options on the same street, I would recommend checking other ones out.

Sorry for your issues, we have three different properties that we manage on Airport Road, with seven different unit types and price points. We are capable of addressing any short comings you may notice in your unit if they are brought to our attention. Again, sorry for your issues.

This is an older timeshare property that shows some wear. For our purposes it was perfect. Clean, roomy, and convenient for walking to the main drag downtown. I would stay here again.

Great location off the main road- sidewalk to walk down to enjoy all the things downtown has to offer. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Very clean (one of the cleanest hotels ive been to in years!), comfortable bed and lovely kitchentte- room was plenty big for just the two of us. The only con (and I mean only con) was the picture of the hotel was a bit deceiving- there are technically 2 locations to this property that are about 2 blocks apart, so we did not stay it the rooms that were shown in the photos online. We were looking forward to the pool and hottub but it was going to be a process to get to that part of the property- walk a couple blocks,take an elevator/ stairs which made it not worth it.
Overall, great experience!

The scenic view, the amenities and walk ability were all pluses, the bed and pillows were not the best, too firm to be honest. Overall the room was great and would stay again.
