I couldn't even check in because the front staff refused to work with my customer service agent to resolve an issue the hotel had created. I will never book with this hotel again. They refuse to help customers with an issue they created.

Gave my room away even though I called ahead and gave my information as well as letting them know I’d check in late, then staff proceeded to be extremely unhelpful and un-accommodating. Still haven’t got a refund either.

Location was good but motel is very poor Run down, not clean, couldnt wait to leave. Felt disgusting
