I’ve stayed at this property multiple times, no serious issues. With my last visit our first room had a smell that was so bad it burned our noses. We also found mold on the baseboard of the room, so we requested another. The staff were very nice and quick. She didn’t hesitate to give us another room. Their staff is always wonderful. With the second room there were no issues. However there was hair in our shower. Overall I feel that compared to previous times, this property has gone downhill.

Made reservations with the property being pet friendly. Go to check in and there is a note at the counter that you are restricted to one pet. We were not allowed to stay

The pictures and rating are a lie. Room was very dirty. You are not allowed extra linens. Your not allowed to take food to your room. The biggest no no was at check in, they charged us a online booking charge. Yes you read that correctly. Because we booked thru Expedia, we were charged a extra online booking fee. The only positive was the female front desk agent was amazing and very good at her job.

The perfect place to stay for 1 night on our trip to Florida. Clean, quiet, pet friendly, and staff were very nice.

-The outside door window was smashed entering the hallway. -Hallway carpets are stained and not vacuumed. -The room had a horrible stink when entering due to air fresheners, they are using. Not sure if they are trying to cover up another smell. -indoor swimming pool and hot tub wasvdirty looking. I am not an overly fussy person, but would not use that facility. -The bed was clean and comfortable. -The bathroom was clean with clean towels and nice soaps. -The breakfast was limited and items not replenished. Price was good and free pets, but I think we are done with the Red Roof hotel brand.
