Check-in was a bit unusual as for front desk worker was stressed due to being busy? Another odd thing was the fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-in. • nbsp Deposit: USD 150.00 per accommodation • nbspResort fee: USD 19.21 per accommodation, per night spResort fee: USD 19.21 per accommodation, per night The resort fee includes: Housekeeping, In-room bottled water, In-room coffee, Internet access, Partner property pool access, Phone calls, Pool access & Self parking. Itinerary informed me that due to COVID-19 temperatures of each guest will be taken at check-in, You’ll be offered disinfecting wipes with your key card at check-in and complimentary travel-size hand sanitizer and complimentary water bottles for each room. But this was false! Room was nice at first impression but upon further inspection floor was very dirty my Sox were filthy in 5min & beds structural integrity seemed to be poor loose and noisy. On a good note, all sheets and towels seemed to be new and clean. Another thing was the inconvenience of being on the 3rd floor and elevator not working at all!! Thank you for your feedback, the covid policies have since been lifted we apologize for the confusion. The deposit is 125 and is not a charge but an authorization, the amenities of 19.21 must be paid at the property and are disclosed prior to booking and after finalizing we apologize if this was confusing in anyway. We will work on fixing all of the issues you experienced in regards to the elevator and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay.

Ty to all the reviewers! We booked here just for one night! The reviews were excellent and they were right! The hotel is located just North of the strip so the area is a little sketchy but not horrible. We walked around to get something to eat will definitely book here again for a short stay! The office staff were great and I like how they want I.D.s for everyone staying there it made me feel safe! The room was very nice and clean! Laminate flooring and beautiful shower tiles.

The pool was very nice, but there were no towels. They accommodated us with a first floor room, we couldn't have done the stairs to 2&3. The dog policy was confusing to where they said no dogs but yet you could pay $125 for a dog?!?

Thank you for your review, pets are not allowed. Service animals are but must be disclosed to the front desk at arrival, should the rules be broken for bringing in a pet your deposit of 125 will be charged. This clause is disclosed on our hotel registration and prior to booking should you have any questions please feel free to ask our front desk agents so that they may clarify. Never judge a book by its cover. We thought it was ran down but the inside of our suite was amazing!

Hotel was fantastic.. but it's on the Las Vegas strip. The Las Vegas strip is absolutely disgusting and dilapidated. Besides it being on the strip. It's a fantastic hotel

Blow dryer had gross red sticky residue. Towels and bedsheets were clean at least. Room was overall acceptable for the price but the location sketchy, didn't feel safe walking around after dark.
