Loved afternoon “Kaffee und kuchen” happy hour. Very helpful front desk, especially on recommendations for food and attractions. (Sold tickets for Zugspitze at front desk.) A great stay. A little pricey, but great location. Two minute walk to downtown.

Posted 19 Jan 2024 on HotelsReally friendly staff in a lovely hotel. Everything was perfect except for the showers which have no pressure and can go from hot to cold. This is a minor complaint in an exceptionally nice hotel

The Hotel Zugspitze offers an incredible staff, delicious food, stellar location, and amenities. We wish we lived closer so we could visit frequently. Frank was kind enough to make sure we were fed after a late arrival. However, the star of our stay was Jonathan, who was kind and helped us so much. We cannot wait for the opportunity to stay here again.
