Check in was perfect. Staff was very helpful when we checked in and needed a safe place for our car with belongings in it and on the roof. Beds very comfortable. Room clean. However, one issue is that cleaning staff came to clean room over an hour before check out and opened the door without knocking. I forgot to put the Do Not Disturb sign up, but have never before had the door opened without first knocking to see if we were still there (and dressed). That's my only criticism. And that can happen anywhere. But, please remind staff to knock first before opening the door.

The hotel looks nice at first, until you actually start looking around. Everything was dirty, hair and paper in the drain of the shower, bed skirt was dirty and had hair on it under the mattress you could tell it hadn’t been changed, not one single corner of the room had been swept you could tell from cobwebs and dirt in all corners of the room, there was no remote, WiFi didn’t work, and to make matters worse there was a huge cockroach just crawling in the hallway. I was totally shocked by all these things, because it looks so nice.

My air was not working and they would not refund me me my money back the toliet was also broken in the room,
