Buongiorno,the room was what you booked and what you paid for. You can not have a suite at the same price of a standard room, and we discussed about this.We kindly invite you to take more time through the selection of the room next time! It will come as a best choice and less stress for you.

Porsche destination charging (free) was a real bonus. Pool amazing, hotel really lovely. Food at dinner was a bit of a disaster - not sure if they were struggling for kitchen staff but wasn’t cooked at all well. Everything else was brilliant so decided on balance to ignore this (and breakfast next morning was really good). Staff were superbly helpful and bd friendly and spoke excellent English (much better than my very limited Italian!)

Posted 21 Sep 2020 on HotelsWe had a wonderful 2 nights stay...staff were super helpful...really enjoyed the food and the restaurant ambiance...stunning views of the lake...nice gardens and pool too...front desk arranged a sunset cruise on the lake with less than 2 hours notice...a romantic delight
